Golf Clubs?

I play golf for my school and have a 4 year old set which I got at Dick’s for $200. The clubs are short for me (about 1.5-2 inches to short). I definitely need new clubs and was wondering about getting the Cobra L4V driver and the Cobra S9 irons. Are they any good? Also what type of shaft should I get? Stiff, X-stiff? I am like a 25 handicapper.
Also, do you recommend any other clubs?

My junior clubs24 handicap so got second hand set of ping g2 high launch irons they were second hand but theyre offset and im now hit straight or with slight draw wouldnt change them for anything and im now 12 handicapper.
